Kelly has been a member of APWA since 2018 and has served as a Board Member for the Pittsburgh section since 2024. Kelly has worked for Cranberry Township since 2011, originally in the Engineering Department. Kelly moved to Public Works in 2018 and has worked as the Director of Public Works since 2020.
